Customer service always fantastic. Availability of various sizes within an offered pattern or color is constantly limited. Jr's size xsmall and small are always more than plentiful. You see them end up in the clearance. Med to Xl, more than 1 or 2 in a fresh shipment would go a long way for my and most people's shopping experience.
They seem to have a good selection, but something is just not right here, I don't remember the last time I found an item that was matching my taste, quality criteria and overall value. Thou, they often offer 20% discount, if you happen to find the right item for your needs.

No matter what Kohls I go to, to pay my Kohls card, ninety percent of the time I'm helped by someone who is rude at the service desk. Rolling their eyes or huffing at me. I don't know if it's because i'm young and they think I don't care but I wish I wasn't treated that way.
