I have called this store a minimum of 5 times just to find availibility of an item. I was transfered 4 times with the promise somebody would be able to help me with no luck, twice to a manager that NEVER picked up the line. Everybody that I have spoken to do not seem to speak English very much. This is the WORST costumer service I have encounter in a long time.
